LUGGAGE
Each traveller is entitled to take one suitcase, the sum of its length, width & depth not to exceed 140cm. Weight limits apply to luggage due to Occupational Health and Safety issues. The maximum allowed by most airlines and coach companies is one piece up to 23kg. Please be mindful of the domestic Air New Zealand flight incorporated into the itinerary. Luggage over this allowance will be charged by the airline at the applicable rate. If a traveler brings more than the allocated limit of luggage, any additional arrangements made to get their luggage to final destination will be at travelers’s own expense. All luggage is entirely at the ‘owners risk’ while on tour and we strongly recommend that travel insurance be taken out by each traveler to cover accidental damage or loss. However every item of guest luggage during the tour is taken care of by the Coach Captains and Tour Concierges to the highest level. Due to limited space on board the coach, please ensure carry-on bags can be carried under the seat in front of you as there are no overhead compartments. The coach underneath carrier secures all luggage safely with room to secure purchases made white on the tour.
